I don’t know, I have to agree with Heather on this one because I am also kind of sick of our weekly blogs. It’s a really bad time of the semester to have to “look for the good life”. Maybe it’s because I’m moody with all the stuff that I have to do for school. I thought this week was bad, ha! Just wait till next week, I tell myself. Then I might just very well be cursing in my blog! Just kidding! It’s tough right now but it will be over soon. But for now, it sucks and I don’t feel like putting my energy into blogs.
Well, with all the Christmas lights up and the music on the radio, I thought about how much I would LOVE to go to NYC during the holidays to see the city and tree all lit up. I was only in NYC once or twice, and never saw the tree lit or the city at night. I really love the holidays, and all the lights, decorating, family too. Can’t forget family time! Can’t forget snow either!! I LOVE the snow. I can’t wait to get our first storm. I think it’s so beautiful to watch it fall. So yeah, I would love to go to NYC and see the city this time of year. I get annoyed because it feels like the semester is over and the next day, Christmas is here. You barely have the time to enjoy the season when you’re in college. At least that’s what it feels like to me.

Ahh I agree with you and Heather, it is time to end the blogging. The last couple weeks of school are always high stress and no sleep, and I think it is hard for anyone to stay upbeat and live the good life. Especially when Christmas is right around the corner, you want to work more so you can afford gifts and rent and heating bills, but you are so bogged down with final papers and presentations and projects and exams and it’s freezing cold outside and you haven’t slept in three days and you just want it all to be over so you can go take a long nap. Ha ha. Merry Christmas
I agree with you and Heather. It is a tough time of year to be looking for the good life especially when I am buried in psychology papers up to my ears. And the hardest draft for me so far is the 3rd one. I just cannot seem to complete it where it makes sense. Its almost over and then we will have a nice big break and we can enjoy life:) Also I love the City in Christmas time as well!! My Boyfriend and I went last year, but there is no time this year to go. Good luck with the rest of your semester!!
im sure everyone will agree that the blogging got old fast, but hey its what we have to do. that college right? anyway NYC is amazing. great place to get a fake ID. and i think the beauty that NYC can show helps to make people appreciate shit.
